You can consult about product specifications, parameters, unit prices, minimum order quantities, delivery cycles, payment methods, certification qualifications, packaging, logistics and freight charges, and other related requirements.

Our business will respond to customer inquiries in the first instance; after proactively understanding the customer's market, purchasing purpose, estimated purchase volume, and customization requirements, we will tailor the most suitable solution for the customer and simultaneously send product brochures, quotation sheets, sample pictures, and other materials.

We will conduct two-way communication and negotiation on details such as price, delivery time, customization and modification, LOGO printing, packaging solutions, transportation methods, payment terms, quality assurance and after-sales service, and sample production; confirm all cooperation details and finalize the initial cooperation plan.

After both parties confirm all terms, a PI invoice will be made and sent to the customer; the customer reviews and signs back, and pays the deposit; upon receipt of the deposit, the unit price, delivery time, and configuration will be locked, and an internal production order will be issued simultaneously, officially initiating the project.

The factory schedules production, procures raw materials, and starts the production line; the business follows up on the production progress throughout the process, regularly synchronizing production photos and production progress nodes to the customer; if there are customization adjustments, they will be promptly coordinated internally and synchronized with the customer.

Inspection

After the products are completed, the factory conducts self-inspection first; customers can arrange for self-inspection or have a third-party institution conduct on-site inspection; non-conforming products will be promptly reworked and rectified, and the shipping standards will be confirmed after passing the inspection.
